Terms of service
TERMS OF SERVICE
1. About us
Borough & Bamboo is operated by Emmanuel Ose Ebhohimen, a sole trader, at 76 Keppoch Street, Cardiff, CF24 3JU, United Kingdom. Contact: support@wisependingco.com.
2. These terms
These terms apply when you use our website or buy from us. Nothing in them limits rights that UK consumer law gives you. If these terms conflict with a mandatory legal right, that legal right applies.
3. Products and information
We take reasonable care to describe products accurately. Colours may vary by screen, and minor packaging changes may occur. Availability is not guaranteed until we accept your order.
4. Orders and payment
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send confirmation that the order has been accepted. We may refuse or cancel an order before dispatch for legitimate reasons, including stock or pricing errors, suspected fraud, or delivery restrictions. If we cancel after taking payment, we will refund you promptly. Prices and any delivery charges are displayed before checkout.
5. Delivery
We use third-party suppliers and carriers to fulfil orders. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed, but we will deliver without undue delay and normally within 30 days unless another period is agreed. Risk remains with us until the goods are delivered to you or a person you nominate.
6. Cancellations, returns and faults
Your cancellation and return rights are explained in our Return and Refund Policy. Your statutory rights for faulty, damaged, misdescribed or unsatisfactory goods are unaffected.
7. Website use and intellectual property
You may use the website for lawful personal shopping. You must not misuse it, interfere with its operation, introduce harmful code, scrape it unlawfully, or infringe intellectual-property rights. Website content belongs to us, our suppliers or licensors and may not be commercially reproduced without permission.
8. Liability
We do not exclude liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights. Subject to that, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed or for business losses arising from a consumer purchase.
9. Privacy and third parties
Personal information is handled under our Privacy Policy. Shopify hosts the store, and selected suppliers, payment providers and delivery companies process information needed to complete orders. External links are provided for convenience and are governed by the relevant third party.
10. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms prospectively. The terms applying to an order are those in force when it was placed. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Consumers living elsewhere in the UK retain any mandatory protections and may bring proceedings in the courts available to them under applicable law.
