RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

You have the right to cancel most online purchases within 14 days after receiving them. To exercise this right, email support@wisespendingco.com within that period with your order number and a clear request to cancel or return the order. You then have a further 14 days to send the goods back.

Items must be returned unworn, unused, unwashed and, where reasonably possible, in their original packaging. This does not affect your legal rights where goods are faulty, damaged, not as described or otherwise not of satisfactory quality.

Before returning anything, contact us for approval and return instructions. Do not send goods to our correspondence address. Approved returns are handled through our fulfilment partner, who will normally provide a return label within two business days.

Unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning it. We will refund the purchase price and the least expensive standard delivery charge offered at checkout within 14 days after we receive the returned goods or evidence that they were sent back, whichever occurs first. We may reduce a refund where handling beyond what is reasonably necessary has diminished the value of the goods.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items should be reported promptly with the order number and photographs where helpful. We will provide an appropriate remedy and cover reasonable return costs where required by law.

Refunds are made to the original payment method. Bank processing times are outside our control.
