SHIPPING POLICY

Order processing
Orders are fulfilled by our approved UK supplier. Orders are normally prepared for dispatch within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. You will receive an email when your order has been dispatched.

Delivery areas, prices and estimates
Available delivery services, charges and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout before payment. At present, products can be purchased only where a delivery option is offered at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees, but we will deliver without undue delay and normally within 30 days unless a different period is agreed with you.

Tracking and split deliveries
Tracking information will be sent when provided by the carrier. Orders containing products from different fulfilment locations may arrive separately without an additional delivery charge beyond the amount shown at checkout.

Address accuracy
Please check your delivery address carefully before placing an order. Contact support@wisespendingco.com promptly if a correction is needed. Once an order has entered fulfilment, changes may not be possible. Additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be charged where lawful and reasonable.

Delays, loss or damage
Carrier disruptions, severe weather and other events outside reasonable control can delay delivery. If an order is late, lost or arrives damaged, contact us with your order number. We remain responsible for the goods until they are delivered to you or a person you nominate, and your statutory rights are unaffected.

Customs
Where international delivery is offered, the checkout will indicate available shipping services. Unless checkout states otherwise, the recipient may be responsible for local import duties and taxes.
